Buon Natale!

L'appetito vien mangiando.  The appetite comes with eating, as they say.  Weaving in the warmth of Italian Tradition during the joy of the festive season, James is back at Bodega with more celebration of Tuscan flavour. 

This month's 5 course feast fires up with the offering of some tantalising snacks accompanied with a sparkling glass of Proverbio Organic Prosecco, a premium Spumante from the Veneto region.  Our saffron risotto Primi is Golden and Aromatic. Secondi, the main event, plays with texture; a crispy and succulent cheek nestled in a silky caponata.  Dolce never disappoints.  We are satisfying the sweet with the tradition of tiramisu.  The memories of our community in Pozzo come out to play in this course with the addition of glazed chestnuts.  This month's cheese offering is a buttery, signature surprise offset with a splash of sweet wine to finish.

Bodega and Chad Christian have teamed up to curate this evening's wine pairing, available as a supplement for £20 per person.
